Favorite Movements: Running, squats, pull ups, rope climb and the peg board.
Least Favorite Movements: Snatch and wall balls.

Athletic/Fitness/Coaching Background: I spent 6 years in the Army doing push ups, sit ups and 2 mile runs daily. I stayed active at the gym and then started running longer distances about 10 years. 4 marathons later I switched to CrossFit and have been loving it ever since. Still do the occasional half marathon though, just for kicks.
